Our company, Powerful Women International Connections, PWIC, works with female humanitarian leaders to help them make a bigger societal impact. The members have various projects, like stopping human trafficking and domestic violence, reducing recidivism, empowering developing countries, providing quality education for all people, changing inequalities and lives from underprivileged to better futures, etc.
Our executive team saw the need to work with our women humanitarian leaders and assist them with their projects. Then, we thought about our desires to help humanity also.

Pam Terry, COO PWIC, wanted all people to have quality education. Pam believed quality education was the key to reducing poverty and helping people prosper and have an abundant life.
Carrie Nikitin, CBS PWIC, had two desires. One of her desires was to change the lives of women incarcerated to help them become successful. Her second desire was to buildeconomically sustainable cities and communities.

Valeri Bocage, CEO PWIC, has been helping others all her life and building self-esteem with students in schools, families, men and women. since she was seven years old.
The three discussed pulling humanitarian professionals in government, businesses, and nonprofits together to realize their desires. The dream was to help the women humanitarian leaders members with their various projects and how they would build sustainable communities to change society positively. Out of the desires and dreams of these three women, PWIC Global Impact, a 501c3, was born.
